BuildaDude Terms and Conditions

BuildaDude is a web site that permits individuals to post their physical
characteristics online in order to find and communicate with others with
characteristics they are interested in. By using this service you are agreeing to
comply with the terms of use. The services offered by BuildaDude are hosted in the United States of America.

1. These Terms and conditions of Use hereafter referred to as agreement
("Agreement") outline the legally binding terms for your use of BuildaDude. We reserve the right at our discretion, to modify, alter, and or change these terms
and conditions at any time. These modifications are immediately in effect upon posting by us. You must review these terms regularly to keep up to date of any changes. In using the BuildaDude Services, you agree to be bound by this
Agreement. You are only authorized to use the Buildadude Services (regardless of intent) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and if you can't abide by it then please discontinue use. Your use constitutes your acceptance of these terms completely.

2. Use discretion and care disclosing all information you post on Buildadude and what you provide to fellow Users. Your Buildadude profile page only includes your characteristics and the characteristics that you are looking for in a
person. Your profile pages does not include the following items: phone numbers, addresses, last names, and any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, violent, harassing, sexually explicit or distasteful material. Only your e-mail address will be shown, MAKE SURE ANY INFORMATION YOU DO NOT WANT IN THE GENERAL PUBLICS DOMAIN IS NOT ON, ATTACHED, OR LINKED TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. IT IS YOUR PREROGATIVE TO RESPOND TO USERS THAT REQUEST YOUR REPLY. Despite these rules and regulations, information provided by other Buildadude user (for instance, in their Profile) may contain inaccurate information intended or otherwise.

3. Buildadude is not responsible for any inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services that are directed towards you. Contact us immediately if violations of Buildadude Services by any person is taking place, we can be contacted at info@Buildadude.com

4. Right to Use. Certain areas may prohibit Buildadude use! You must adhere to their restrictions. When using Buildadude Services, you agree and represent (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will
keep this information up to date; (c) you are 18 years of age or older; and (d)
your use of the Buildadude Services does not violate any applicable law. Your
profile may be deleted and may be terminated, if we believe that you are under 18 years of age.

5. Length of Use. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you
use the Buildadude Services. You may terminate your email address at any time, for any reason, by requesting unsubscribe. Buildadude.com may terminate your Membership at any time. Even after your use is terminated, Buildadude retains legal recourse for violations that
occurred during your use.

6. Social Networking Only. The Buildadude Services are for the personal use of
users only and are not for commercial use other than paid advertisers that post banners etc on the site and pay buildadude for such right at our going rates. If you want to post your commercial endeavor please see are advertising contact
information otherwise commercial use of the Buildadude site and or information as well as the linking features are prohibited. No rebroadcast, transmitting, distributing, modifying, except for those expressly implied are allowed.

7. Buildadude may delete any material at any time and assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Buildadude Services for inappropriate Content.
You acknowledge sole responsibility for the Content that you post on or through any of the Buildadude Services. Buildadude does not guarantee accuracy of any information posted or transmitted by the users.

8. Material/Activity Prohibited. Illegal or prohibited Content.

9. Buildadude liability at all times is limited to the amount paid by you to
Buildadude and in no way is buildadude responsible for any collateral liability
damages to any other person or entity.

10. Arbitration. It is agreed any legal actions involving Buildadude shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, and jurisdiction for all parties personal and otherwise shall be in the state and federal courts of the
United States, City of Portland. Either party may insist that diputes shall be settled by arbitration using the dispute resolution procedures of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in OR, USA, this action shall not stop
Buildadude from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Hold Harmless. It is further agreed that that any connected use of Buildadudes service by you or a third party in violations of the terms of use and or privacy policies of this site and or law shall indemnify Builadude,its officers, employees, agents, partners, subsidiaries, and business associates.Use of the Buildadude site constitutes acceptance (in entirety) and there is no other expressede or implied agreement between you and Buildadude regarding the use of the Buildadude Services. If Buildadude does not exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreeme nt this shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Buildadude is a trademark of Buildadude, Inc. If any portion of this agreement is not enforcable by law it doesn't preclude the remainder from enforceability.

12. Buildadude may change this Agreement periodically and such modification
shall be effective upon posting by Buildadude on the Buildadude Website. You
agree all changes to this Agreement when you use the Buildadude Services after any such change is posted. Review this Agreement frequently so you are updated as to any changes.

13. We cannot accept sites that contain content or links/banners to adult sites with pornographic images or links. We also cannot accept sites which promote hate speech, firearms, tobacco or alcohol related ads.

14. Buildadude reserves the right to remove you as a user and your access to
any part of Buildadude Services if Buildadude determines, that you pose a threat to Buildadude and/or its Users. I acknowledge the above and agree to abide by the terms and conditions.

1. Buildadude is a web site that permits users to input their physical
characteristics (on a profile page) and search for other users that have physical characteristics they desire. Buildadude users receive immediate email addresses and number of characteristic features of other users that are in the data base that may come closest to the type of characteristics the user is searching for. You post your physical attributes, sex, education, and email information in the data base so other Buildadude users can find you. Buildadude can unsubscribe a user and change their profile at any time. Buildadude can be reached via email regarding privacy at privacy@buildadude.com.

2. Buildadude just supplies the bulletin board for YOU to access and supply YOUR Profile INFORMATION and EMAIL address we regard your personal privacy with utmost importance and Advise users to never give out their name, address, phone number, place of work or school to other users and its up to you to use great caution. Furthermore we only grant access to user information to employees who need access for technical reasons or to perform functions relative to the site and or maintenance. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of users account information with various factors such as power outage, hacking, and other unauthorized use or software failure can compromise security and we do not warrant
expressed or implied privacy under those conditions for additional security measures we use on Buildadude, please contact us via email at privacy@buildadude.com.

3. Information Collection and Use by Buildadude. Buildadude may also store email address, and profile information of our users so we can send additional information to users regarding Buildadude services.

4. IP addresses may be recorded for in house overview as well as user protection. Email Addresses are used for the purposes of linking you profile as well as other users profile to a vehicle that result in contact between interested parties. Buildadude may send notifications related to the web site. Your name is never directly revealed to other users unless it is in the email address you supply us as your contact information or you give it out in an email, phone, or other manner. Buildadude reserves the right to contact all users ( via their email) with various advertisements, safety notifications, updates to the site etc.; however, at all times users can place their email address on the unsubscribe list. Buildadude users can send other potential users the web site address via the tell a friend (or send to a friend) provision on each page. Buildadude may store at its sole discretion a copy of these other potential users emails.

5. Buildadude may in addition store Personal profile Info, IP address, accumulative data, and browser, the data is for management of the site, usage information as well as overall eminence. Any shared information we may network with advertisers is provided for like kind purposes.

6. Buildadude is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. Make sure you read the privacy policy stated on any site you visit. Our privacy policy pertains to our site only. Please be aware on all Public Forums that information shared in journals, web logs and/or message boards can be accessed by the public and can in turn be used to send you unsolicited correspondence.

7. Buildadude may use cookies to track the effectiveness of our site. Refer to the "Help" menu of your browser to make any changes to your cookie preference. To use the Buildadude site enabled cookies may be required. Buildadude may allows 3rd party advertisers the opportunity to set and access their cookies on your computer.

8. At all times if any user wants their email withdrawn from the Buildadude database, the user may simply log into the UNSUBSCRIBE link, located in the bottom navigation area of any web page on Buildadude.com. You will then be prompted for your email, at which time enter your email address used to create your account and finalize the process by “clicking” the REMOVE button. A message will appear, showing your successful removal from the data base.

9. Advertisers use of cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not the Buildadude Privacy Policies posted here. Buildadude web site may contain external links to other sites, which Buildadude is not responsible for any content outside (external linkage) the www.buildadude.com domain.

10. Buildadude will disclose personal information to a third party if we believe that disclosure is necessary: (1) for legal requirements and subpoenas, search warrant or other legal process received by Buildadude, regardless if response is required by applicable law; (2) for enforcement of our Terms of Use Agreement or to protect our rights; or (3) to protect the safety of others. Buildadude reserves the right to transfer personal information to a suitor that acquires rights per a sale of Buildadude.

11. In the event we make changes to our Privacy Policy, they will be posted on our site to make users aware of the changes.
